Research for Community Colleges Bridges to Opportunity
The Ford Foundation established this initiative to promote state policies that strengthen the capability of community colleges to work with other partners to improve education and economic opportunities for low-income adults. Douglas Gould and Company was charged with creating strategic communications around this by interviewing state teams, researching materials and media coverage and assessing the current tools in use by community colleges.
